Contact

The Agricultural Ministry will need to be able to be contacted. This is because there has to be a way to report problems with the food supply. This will include a number of ways to report such issues, and reach out to the ministry as well. The contact details are as follows:

  • Email: cs@agriculture.gov.ka
  • Telephone: +883 100 3663 00001
  • Web: https://agriculture.gov.ka

There will be no need for the Agriculture Ministry to have its own domain, and the goal will be to consolidate when possible. By having fewer domains, there will be less to maintain, and reduce the workload of acquiring people to do the work. The Agriculture Ministry will be located as a link at https://gov.ka/links.

Contact by email will allow the citizen to inquire about regulation or report issues. The person writing should provide their email address to allow the customer support to return the email if needed for additional questions. This is not monitored by one person, but there will be a support team that would handle such email issues.

As one can see, the telephone number will be that of the government. However, when reporting issues, there will be no need to provide the GIN, and no agent will ask for one. Calling the number will bring the caller to the IVR which will allow the caller to decide what interactions are best to select. Reporting health issues with the food supply will always be accessible by dialing 0.

The website is a subdomain of the gov.ka domain. This is obviously because this is a government branch, and should have its own website. Visiting the subdomain will allow the visitor to see details about the Agriculture Ministry. One can report issues by going to https://agriculture.gov.ka/report. Again, there will be no need to dedicate a domain for this department of government.
