Contact

The Agricultural Ministry will need to be able to be contacted. This is because there has to be a way to report problems with the food supply. This will include a number of ways to report such issues, and reach out to the ministry as well. The contact details are as follows:

  • Email: cs@food.ka
  • Fax: +883 100 366 001 000
  • Telephone: +883 100 366 001 001
  • Web: https://food.ka

The Agriculture Ministry will have a domain to provide information on the food in Kaldus. One could enter a UPC code, and if it is a food item, it would identify what the tax on that food item would be. For example, a microwavable dinner will not be taxed, but a candy bar will. Information will also include the health consequences of certain foods, and will work on providing a complete database of everything.

Contact by email will allow the citizen to inquire about regulation or report issues. The person writing should provide their email address to allow the customer support to return the email if needed for additional questions. This is not monitored by one person, but there will be a support team that would handle such email issues.

As one can see, the telephone numbers will be that of the government. However, when reporting issues, there will be no need to provide the GIN, and no agent will ask for one. Calling the number will bring the caller to the IVR which will allow the caller to decide what interactions are best to select. Reporting health issues with the food supply will always be accessible by dialing 0. Fax communications are also supported, but not required.
